The DF115B is a mechanically controlled outboard with a modern, aerodynamic design, capable of blending seamlessly with the lines of any boat on which it is installed. The redesigned grille features an air intake system that improves airflow and the separation of atomized water.
Suzuki engineers have also worked on the 16-valve, 2045 cc DOHC powerhead—the beating heart of this model—modifying the compression ratio (increased to 10.6:1) to improve fuel efficiency and combustion, resulting in enhanced acceleration and top speed.
The oxygen sensor can adjust the air/fuel ratio by monitoring the amount of air present in the exhaust gases, regardless of engine rpm. This ensures better-controlled emissions and greater environmental friendliness.
